How Pattyn LLC processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on Yankee Printer.

This page explains how Pattyn LLC handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed on www.yankeeprinter.com (the "Site"). All orders are shipped within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on the Site are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Processing time covers the steps required to verify your payment, pick the item from our warehouse, pack it securely, and prepare the shipment — it does not include the time the carrier needs to deliver the package.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via the major U.S. carriers — including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order is selected based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order was placed. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as the shipment is created.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping method you select and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost and any applicable taxes before confirming your order — there are no hidden fees.

Flat-rate or free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders. Any active free-shipping promotions are clearly displayed at checkout when your order qualifies.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • The name of the carrier handling your shipment (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us at contact@yankeeprinter.com with your order number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Yankee Printer ships only within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We are currently unable to ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories not listed above (for example Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • International destinations

Orders placed with an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or any alternative delivery location the carrier may have used.
  2. Contact the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to start a trace or file a claim.
  3. Contact us at contact@yankeeprinter.com with your order number and a clear description of the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the outer box and the damaged contents before disposing of anything. These materials are required to process a carrier claim.

7. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If an item goes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked — we will ship it at no additional charge as soon as it becomes available.
  • Cancel the order for a full refund to your original payment method.

We will not charge you for an item that cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time frame without your explicit agreement.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays caused by factors that are outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • High-volume periods such as holidays or major sales events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Carrier-side operational issues, capacity limits, or staffing shortages

Pattyn LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been collected and a tracking number has been assigned. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
