Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before browsing, registering, or placing an order on www.yankeeprinter.com (the "Site"). By accessing or buying from the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not continue to use the Site.
Yankee Printer is an online storefront owned and operated by Pattyn LLC, an independent retailer registered in the United States. Pattyn LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any printer or hardware manufacturer. All brand names, model numbers, logos, and trademarks shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for product identification.
To place an order on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under U.S. law. By submitting a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Pattyn LLC reserves the right to decline any order from a customer who does not satisfy these eligibility conditions.
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, restocked, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Photographs, color swatches, and lifestyle images are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the item shipped. Technical specifications are sourced from the manufacturer and may be updated when the manufacturer changes its documentation.
All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change at any time, and promotional or sale prices apply only during the stated promotion window. If a product is listed at an incorrect or obviously mispriced amount due to a typographical or technical error, Pattyn LLC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders are accepted through our secure online checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize Pattyn LLC (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees displayed at checkout. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once your payment is successfully captured.
To protect customers and the business, Pattyn LLC reserves the right to cancel, hold, or request additional verification for any order that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms. Orders cancelled due to suspected fraud or failed verification will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery time frames shown at checkout are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Pattyn LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, address errors, customs processing, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is the result of a Pattyn LLC error. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. All printers and accessories sold on the Site are covered by the original manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer in line with the terms printed in the documentation that ships with the device. Pattyn LLC does not administer, extend, or assume responsibility for any manufacturer warranty, and warranty information shown on product pages is provided for convenience only.
Some printers and multifunction devices we sell are classified as enterprise or professional-grade equipment. These items may carry region-specific warranty terms, require online product registration to activate coverage, or fall outside our standard consumer return process. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing such equipment. Warranty support for enterprise products is handled exclusively by the manufacturer.
All brand names, logos, model numbers, and trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to identify the products we offer. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any third-party trademark or logo. The page layouts, written content, code, and graphic design of the Site are owned by Pattyn LLC and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate requests at scale, or copy, resell, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pattyn LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pattyn LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves remain unaffected by this section.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the Site you acknowledge and accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order or submitting your email address on the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Pattyn LLC. These may include order confirmations, shipping updates, customer-service responses, and — if you have opted in — marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Pattyn LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power or internet outages, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, government action, civil unrest, or public-health emergencies.
Pattyn LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect as soon as the revised Terms are posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
